The voucher program is designed to assist low-income families in Washington County. Eligible individuals can apply to receive a voucher for complimentary or discounted spay/neuter services from a local veterinarian.

All applications will undergo a review by WRAS to determine eligibility. 

Currently we are limiting it to one animal per household every 3 months. Please reapply after that period if you have multiple animals that you are requesting to be spay or neutered.
